Matthew Cinque is a managing director with Crimson Clinical Advantage at The Advisory Board Company. In this capacity, Mr. Cinque works with members to identify and capture cost, utilization, and quality of care opportunities with a special focus on population health management, wellness, and disease management.
Prior to joining Crimson, Mr. Cinque led the HR Investment Center, which focuses on the full spectrum of human capital issues including leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, Mr. Cinque has developed curriculum for high-potential executives and managers participating in The Academy Fellowship and conducted research on nursing leadership and retention challenges for the Nursing Executive Center.
Mr. Cinque received his bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. At Wharton, Mr. Cinque worked with senior fellows at the Leonard Davis Institute for Health Economics, the center of the University of Pennsylvania's activities and programs in health services research, health policy, and health care management executive education. He studied topics including longitudinal comparisons of physician income expectations and variances in international pharmaceutical prices.
