Chelsea's research at Advisory Board focuses on the challenges facing health plan executives. Prior to joining Advisory Board, she worked for a leading health plan in Michigan in Medicare Advantage Operations. Chelsea has carried over her expertise from the health insurance space as a research consultant, bringing a breadth of knowledge in network strategy, Medicare Advantage, and consumer experience.

Chelsea graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in biopsychology, cognition, and neuroscience and has a master's degree in public health from Wayne State University.
