Jennifer leads provider actuarial services at Optum Insight Analytics, where she helps risk-bearing provider groups and payers navigate value-based care (VBC) models. With over 30 years of experience as a healthcare actuary, she has worked across reimbursement strategy, chronic condition recapture, and financial planning. Jennifer’s expertise spans Medicare ACOs, stop-loss contracts, and fee-for-service analytics. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from Purdue University.
