Experience and background

Cory Feldman brings over 10+ years of revenue cycle and medical group experience as a manager within the Optum Advisory Margin Transformation Practice. In this role, Cory leads multiple workstreams and engagements for small- and large-scale hospitals and physician practices focusing on revenue cycle redesign, revenue integrity, patient access optimization, claims and denial management, and improving cash collections. Cory has supported revenue cycle engagements and clients across the country ranging from small community hospitals (<$50M) to large scale integrated health systems (>$6B).

Cory holds an MBA and MHA from Florida Atlantic University. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in Health Services Administration. Cory is registered as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB). His professional affiliations include the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
