Jessica Garber is a Director within Optum Advisory’s Revenue Cycle Consulting division. Jessica’s primary areas of focus include front-end access and process improvement, time of service collection improvement, standardizations of workflow, developing and implementing improvements to the patient financial experience, and developing and implementing staff education and training programs. Jessica co-leads the practice’s Access & Experience terrain, focusing on optimization of patient access and access to care.
