Payton is a consultant on the Advisory Board custom research team. She designs custom-scoped engagements for providers, health plans, life sciences organizations, and other healthcare industry firms. Payton and her team apply rigorous research methodologies including advanced survey, interview, and data analysis techniques to answer clients' most vexing questions. She has a broad knowledge of the healthcare industry but specializes in population health, value-based care, and health equity.

Previously, Payton served on our client success team, supporting life sciences and physical facilities members. Payton graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor's degrees in global public health and cognitive science.
