Rhea Jain
Rhea is a researcher on Advisory Board’s value-based care team. She offers data-driven strategies and practical insights to support healthcare leaders navigating the clinical and financial shift to value-based care. Her previous work explored health plan strategy, including market trends in Medicaid and commercial insurance, clinical cost management, and diversification strategy.
Rhea is passionate about women’s health issues and graduated from Duke University with bachelor’s degrees in public policy and global health, and a minor in history.
Rhea brings cross-stakeholder expertise to her work. Collaborating with both health plan and health system leaders, she offers a unique perspective on the execution of value-based care.
