Laurie brings a unique composition of business acumen, clinical expertise and administrative leadership to her work, with more than 28 years of hands-on clinical and operational expertise and health system knowledge. Laurie leverages her experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse and business leader to apply data-driven approaches to support the unique needs of organizations across the country. 

Building upon prior hands-on clinical, operational, and consulting positions, Laurie specializes in leading delivery teams in the development and implementation of a variety of offerings. She currently leads Optum Advisory’s Provider Enterprise and Service Line Transformation lines of business.
