Monica leads nursing and workforce research at Advisory Board. Her work explores topics such as care team structure, workforce development, and care delivery.
Her Advisory Board career has spanned more than a decade. In that time, she has led research for a wide variety of different healthcare industry topics, including hospital/post-acute partnership, nursing, clinical workforce strategy, and growth. Monica graduated from MIT with a BS in political science.
Monica is one of Advisory Board's foremost experts in post-acute care. She has spoken at post-acute conferences and facilitated discussions for some of the most progressive post-acute and long-term care organizations in the country.
