Sebastian is a consultant on the planning team within Advisory Board Research, where he leads the cardiovascular and orthopedic custom research teams. In this capacity, Sebastian works with health system executives to identify growth opportunities and improve service line performance.
Sebastian has led research guiding health system strategy and performance improvement across a number of topics, including women’s heart investment, VAD program development, orthopedic bundled payment, and patient consumerism.
Sebastian graduated from American University with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies.
