Fanta is a consultant on Advisory Board's life sciences team. She researches best practices for tackling the strategic, regulatory, quality, and financial challenges that healthcare executives face at the intersection of innovation in technology and medicine. While her focus is in the life sciences industry, Fanta also works on research that fosters cross-industry collaboration between payers, providers, life sciences, technology companies, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Fanta graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in public health and a minor in medical anthropology, and graduated with a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University, with a focus in epidemiology and biostatistics.
