Yi-An is a Vice President and Partner in Optum Advisory’s Business Performance consulting business with over a decade of healthcare, strategy consulting, and non-profit experience.  She works closely with senior client payer and provider executives to help them define a strategy, develop a roadmap, and align and partner closely with key stakeholders to drive growth, operational excellence, organizational transformation, and strong consumer experience. Yi-An has led teams to deliver insights from VOC research; develop new data-driven NPS prioritization methodology to inform enterprise investment; design and launch of new products, programs, and businesses; and drive organizational optimization, re-design, and transformation efforts at scale.
