Noreen Fleming is an RN with over 30 years of national and international healthcare experience. She is a member of the Optum Advisory Payer Clinical Practice and specializes in payer, provider and government Population Health Management (UM, Appeals, CM, DM, QA, Health & Wellness) across all product lines. Noreen also has experience in risk delegation, standing up and running managed services on behalf of clients, data analytics, UM and Appeals regulatory compliance, NCQA & URAC accreditation and telehealth solution design and implementation.
