About Regina

Gina serves as a senior consultant on Advisory Board’s research team. She currently leads research studies for the Pharmacy Executive Forum on topics such as pharmacy leadership, developing a system-wide pharmacy strategy, and antimicrobial stewardship.

Previously, Gina led best practice research for Physician Executive Council and Crimson Continuum of Care members on topics including reducing COPD readmissions, improving perinatal patient safety, and developing and growing a palliative care program. She also developed targeted research for Crimson Medical Group Advantage and Service Line Strategy Advisor members.

Prior to joining Advisory Board, Gina worked within the health care team at the Government Accountability Office. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Johns Hopkins University, where she focused on health policy and nonprofit management. She earned her bachelor’s degree with honors from Iowa State University.

Gina specializes specifically in pharmacy, patient safety, quality, performance improvement, palliative care, and service lines.
