Joel is responsible for Advisory Board's research, events, client success, and commercial teams across all markets, from hospital systems to health plans, from life sciences to digital health. Previously, Joel was chief research officer and head of product for Frontier Strategy Group (now FrontierView, part of FiscalNote), expanding its coverage from emerging markets best practices to global geopolitical risk and economic forecasting.

Prior to FSG, Joel was based in Singapore as head of Asia-Pacific research for Corporate Executive Board (CEB, now Gartner), and previously led CEB's global research programs for leaders in information technology, research and development, and corporate strategy.
