Ashlyn Knaur brings more than 12 years of experience to her role as Manager, Advisory for Optum. As a Manager, Ashlyn supports health system and medical group executives in solving strategic and operational challenges through dedicated project management, subject matter expertise, and data-driven solutions. Prior to joining Optum, Ashlyn was a Senior Consultant for QHR Health’s Physician Services and Strategy consulting teams, where she partnered with consulting team leaders and client executives to conduct comprehensive practice assessments and craft strategic plans.

She holds a Master of Science in Health Administration and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Auburn University.
