Experience and background

Alex Kist brings a decade of experience to her role as Director for Provider Strategy Consulting at Optum Advisory. She is energized by driving the performance and engagement of the provider enterprise and health system, working directly with executives to identify needs and deploy action-oriented strategies. Her diverse work includes enterprise strategic plans, ambulatory strategy, service line transformation, patient access improvement, and physician alignment models. Previously, Alex served as Chief of Staff for the Chairman of Consulting at Advisory Board. She holds a B.S. in public health and exercise science from George Washington University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci-certified change practitioner.
