Anthony D’Eredita, JD, MSL, MBA, brings more than 20 years of health care and professional experience to his role as executive vice president of Advisory Board Consulting. In this role, he assists health systems and employed physician enterprises in achieving financial and operational sustainability through comprehensive and focused consulting work. He also provides executive oversight and leadership to interim and long-term management engagements.
As executive vice president, Anthony has overseen and personally led more than 100 engagements spanning the spectrum of strategic planning, practice management, performance improvement, provider alignment, health system affiliation, mergers and acquisitions, and related consulting and interim management services for health systems ranging from independent, community hospitals to national for-profit and nonprofit health systems. Most notably, Anthony led the turnaround of a 115-provider multispecialty practice in the Midwest. He significantly increased revenue and decreased operating losses leading operational redesign and improvements in governance and management redesign, compensation programs, revenue cycle, marketing, financial and practice management reporting, and physician engagement and enfranchisement around a shared health system identity and brand.
Anthony earned his doctorate of jurisprudence and master of studies in law, magna cum laude, at Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vt.; his master of business administration at the Whitman School of Business, Syracuse University in Syracuse, N.Y.; and his bachelor of science at Lemoyne College in Syracuse, N.Y.
