Glenn is a Director and Clinical Subject Matter Expert within Optum Advisory’s revenue cycle consulting division. Glenn is a seasoned healthcare consultant and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) expert who has led projects in various healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and physicians’ groups across the country in CDI/Physician Documentation Integrity (PDI), care transitions, and revenue cycle initiatives. 

With more than 30 years of clinical experience, Glenn is adept at analyzing physician and nursing charting for impact on quality, mortality, and severity of illness to identify opportunities for improved processes and compliant coding. As a CDI educator, Glenn has created and led trainings for hundreds of physicians and CDI personnel to realize those opportunities and hardwire processes to maximize compliant reimbursement and accurate quality measure capture.
