Eddie is a researcher on Advisory Board’s health systems provider operations and workforce team. He focuses on helping health system leaders navigate the evolving challenges of nursing and workforce sustainability. He brings rigorous data analysis and trend interpretation to support organizations in understanding and acting on key workforce dynamics. His previous work as a consultant spanned value-based care, population health management, payer regulatory analysis, strategy and growth.

Eddie is passionate about making the healthcare industry more equitable and accessible for all. He graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and public health.
