Jon Bergman
Jon Bergman is a Manager in Optum Advisory's Provider Technology Consulting practice, bringing over 15 years of healthcare IT expertise spanning clinical device integration, EHR optimization, and AI-enabled operations. He has led complex implementations including Oracle Health/Cerner Real Time Health Systems and Epic Rapid AI Assessments. He has deep experience with interoperability platforms, revenue cycle, and clinical workflow transformation. Prior to joining Optum, Jon served as Manager of CareAware at Northern Light Health, where he built and led a team of integration specialists. He is the founder and director of the Cross-Hospital iBus Experts Forum (CHIEF), an international professional community connecting hospitals, vendors, and consultants.
