Jennifer Puzziferro, DNP, RN, CCM, is a seasoned Nurse Executive with more than 25 years of experience advancing care management, clinical operations, and systemwide performance improvement. She has led major care redesign initiatives; implemented and operated largescale case management and quality programs; and developed integrated clinical strategies for hospitals, health systems, and physician groups. Jennifer has successfully executed initiatives to optimize case management and utilization review functions, resulting in improved throughput, enhanced operational efficiency, and streamlined processes that decrease excess days, reduce denials, and strengthen care coordination across the continuum.
