Manasi Kapoor is a senior director within Advisory Board’s product innovation group. In this capacity, Manasi supports research initiatives for life sciences organizations on provider customer engagement strategy.
In 2019, Manasi launched Advisory Board Custom Learning Solutions, to help organizations develop tailored training and education programs for U.S. based commercial teams.
Prior to this role, Manasi lead research for oncology and radiology service line leaders and covered topics ranging from service line population health strategy, oncology clinical pathways, lung cancer screening program development, and oncology quality strategy.
Before working at the Advisory Board, Manasi was a consultant at Gartner, in their market analytics practice, where she supported high-tech and telecom organizations with market positioning and customer research. She also worked at AbbVie pharmaceuticals in their managed care marketing division.
Manasi received her MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and her undergraduate degree in economics from Macalester College.
