About Krista

Krista joined The Advisory Board Company in 2011 and serves as a Consultant with the Research and Insights division. In this role, Krista leads best practice research to support medical group executives across numerous strategic and operational initiatives.

During her time at the Advisory Board, Krista’s work has focused on analyzing policy changes within the physician marketplace, including annual Medicare Physician Fee Schedule updates, physician pay-for-performance programs, and changes to Medicare’s payment innovation models.

She has studied physician-led care transformation strategies, independent medical group strategic capital partnership, and independent specialist group growth and hospital alignment strategies with a focus on co-management contracting.

Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Krista worked with Community Health Charities, a non-profit workplace giving organization. Krista received her bachelor of science in consumer affairs in business with a minor in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
