Carrie Smaga serves as general manager of several performance technologies, including Quality Compass and Workforce Compass. In this capacity, she oversees the delivery teams and maximizes the technologies’ value for members.
In addition, she provides an integral connection between members and the product development teams to manage the future of each technology and to ensure it aligns with our partner’s needs. Prior to assuming management responsibilities, Carrie worked as a dedicated advisor on the value delivery team and served as a lead consultant in the consulting and management division.
While in consulting, Carrie specialized in emergency department throughput, inpatient capacity management, case management utilization, quality and patient experience, and staffing and productivity work.
