About Brian

Brian McCloy serves as a strategic consultant on The Advisory Board Company’s Crimson Population Health team. In this role, Brian works with executive teams within health care organizations to improve management of population cost and utilization under risk-based contracts and various payment models.

Through his work with Crimson Population Risk Management, Brian has helped organizations build successful strategies with technology optimization through a data-driven approach. Brian has championed a number of projects such as care management impact analyses, physician cost and utilization profiling, and episodic condition performance.

Previously, Brian supported the execution of national health care transformation efforts for various initiatives, including health care information technology implementation, patient-centered medical home certification and physician public quality reporting. Brian holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Cincinnati and a master of health services administration from Xavier University.
