About Aliina

Aliina Hopkins is a managing director in the revenue cycle. Her current focus is on maximizing hospitals' and health systems' revenue while providing patients with a compassionate, transparent financial experience. Aliina has been with the firm since 2000. Her prior areas of focus include research into patient experience, nursing, and workforce management, as well as survey design. She delivers an annual lecture at the Yale School of Medicine and regularly presents at Advisory Board meetings and national conferences.

Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Aliina taught at American University. She remains passionate about education and serves as president of the board of her local literacy volunteers organization.

Aliina received her Master's degree from American University and her Bachelor's degree from Williams College.
