Sally is a director of health plan research at Advisory Board. Her team helps health plan leaders achieve the quadruple aim of improving quality, enhancing patient experience, enhancing provider experience, and lowering costs. Sally has authored dozens of research studies on behalf of health plan clients—overseeing research on benefit design, member engagement, value-based care, and more. Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Sally worked as a research fellow at Close Concerns, a diabetes market research firm. Sally graduated from Dartmouth College with bachelor's degrees in biology and psychology.
