Anonymity in the digital age

    The health care industry generates massive amounts of information through the internet of things, smart devices, genomic sequencing, and more, while simultaneously expanding upon data transfer and computation through the rise of 5G, artificial intelligence, and in the future, quantum computing.

    This growth in data and IT-enabled capabilities has also brought several challenges. One of the biggest concerns: How does this new digital era threaten consumer privacy?
