The Health Care IT Advisor program recently surveyed 125 health care leaders to better understand how they plan to apply advanced analytics—including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning—to simplify operations, improve patient interactions, and manage the total cost of care. Our online survey targeted validated senior provider and payer leaders across the United States. Participants were asked to answer up to 10 questions, pulled from a pool of 19 total questions. Some of the questions we asked were repeated from prior surveys in 2013 and 2015.
