We conducted a claims analysis to identify business-critical outpatient services that are most likely to shift from hospitals to freestanding care settings under current market conditions.

This report analyzes sub-service lines with the greatest risk of shifting out of hospitals, including the associated volume and revenue at stake for an average hospital. It also presents moderate and aggressive shift scenarios that planners can use to estimate the potential estimate on their organizations.
