Overcome frictions for members

The Covid-19 pandemic has sparked unprecedented rates of job loss. Unemployment has swung from 3.5% in Dec 2019 (the lowest rate on record since 1969) to a high of 14.7% in April 2020 (the highest rate on record since the Great Depression).

Our health care experience survey asked 3,225 Americans enrolled in private plans about the frictions they confront while accessing care. Advisory Board analysis unearthed key insights on where plans should focus to improve the member experience.
