There is no one-size-fits-all solution or end-state for how to organize an oncology service line. Reporting structures depend on health system, hospital, and service line goals. As organizations change and their goals evolve, the organizational structures should also evolve accordingly.
To help you evaluate and improve upon your current structures, we have compiled a library of organizational charts from diverse oncology programs – for community, teaching, and academic programs.
We are grateful to the Service Line Strategy Advisor and Oncology Roundtable members who generously shared their work for this library.
We are looking to add to our library. If you are willing to share your organizational chart with your peers, please email Deirdre at firstname.lastname@example.org.
