Offering specialty telehealth visits within primary care clinics can be an effective means to expand access to care in rural areas. However, many organizations struggle to prioritize efforts, drive adoption among specialists and referring physicians, and ensure smooth program operations. In this report, we outline three tactics to launch high performing specialty telehealth programs in primary care clinics.
