Monica leads cross-continuum quality research at Advisory Board. Her work explores the intersection of clinical and operational outcomes to reduce disparities in care, drive efficiency, and improve the patient and family experience.

Her Advisory Board career has spanned more than a decade. In that time, she has led research for a wide variety of different healthcare industry topics, including hospital/post-acute partnership, nursing, clinical workforce strategy, and growth. Monica graduated from MIT with a BS in political science.
