Megan is the managing director of Advisory Board 's Medical Group Strategy Council and Physician Practice Roundtable memberships. In this capacity, she works with physician group leaders on medical group strategy and practice operations.
During her time at Advisory Board, Megan has worked with population health leaders on cross-continuum care management, primary care innovation, and patient engagement. She also worked with health plan executives on member engagement and provider-plan collaboration. Additionally, she led the Health Care Advisory Board’s Care Transformation Center, a multi-year research initiative offering best practices on the transition path toward population health management.
Before joining Advisory Board in 2007, Megan was a project manager for BASES, a division of The Nielsen Company focused on new product forecasting. Megan received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Biology from the College of William and Mary.
