Mandy Love
Mandy is a patient-first healthcare and AI leader with more than two decades of experience across the provider landscape, spanning the health system, consulting and managed services, and vendor-side SaaS development. Certified in Epic Ambulatory and MyChart, she began her career at Duke University Medical Center, shaping ambulatory and patient portal technology to make it easier for patients to access their health information and connect with their care teams. At Nuance, she built and scaled the EHR Managed Services division and founded an AI patient engagement incubator. Today, she leads the provider vertical at Optum, helping health systems adopt AI with confidence.
