Paperless Meeting Overview

Why are we going paperless?

Members have requested our meeting slides in an electronic format to follow the meeting presentations on their personal devices. Our hope is that by having the slides available electronically during the session, you can send action items back to your teams in the moment and save the PDFs to your device so they are accessible to you anywhere at any time.

In addition, The Advisory Board Company is committed to policies that support sustainability and demonstrate corporate social responsibility.

What do I need to bring for a paperless meeting?

Bring your laptop or tablet to the meeting to participate. Our staff will provide instructions on how to access wireless internet, provided free at the meeting for all attendees. We highly recommend that you download the meeting slides before arriving. Learn how to download the slides.

Can I participate if I do not own a laptop or tablet?

Yes, but there are a limited number of paper copies available at the meeting. If you need a paper copy or have questions, please ask our team when you check in at the registration desk on the day of the meeting.

How does paperless improve attendee experience?

? In an effort to be more service-oriented, we are now 100% paperless. Going paperless allows us to centralize and improve your meeting experience, offering you easy and timely updates to meeting information in real-time, presentation materials, and related content.

About six weeks before the paperless meeting, you will receive an email directing you to the event microsite—a centralized hub for all details about the event such as the agenda, speaker bios, and related resources. Three days out from the meeting, we will send you the full presentation slides so that you may download them in advance of the meeting.

Your satisfaction at the meeting as well as the accessibility to our resources is of the upmost importance to us. Please feel free to reach out with any feedback.
