    Covid-19 has not been an equal-opportunity disease. It's hit certain communities—people of color, transgender individuals, and non-English-speakers—especially hard. This pandemic has put a spotlight on social disparities of health that have been around forever.

    Health care organizations across the country have pledged to address these issues, but that's not easy. Disparities exist not only in health care, but throughout our society. Clinical executives need to determine where to prioritize their efforts to reduce disparities in care.
