Sydney is a senior analyst on Advisory Board's physician research team. Her areas of expertise include behavioral health strategy as well as human resources topics including leadership development, employee engagement, workforce well-being, and workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is passionate about reducing disparities in health outcomes and helping health care leaders support a more sustainable and engaged workforce.

Outside of Advisory Board, Sydney works in mental health advocacy for immigrant communities. She graduated from The College of William & Mary, with a degree in public health.
