As practice manager of the Health Care Advisory Board, Rebecca leads research on growth strategy, new business innovation, and patient engagement—primarily in support of hospital and health system boards, strategy teams, and C-suite leaders.
Since joining Advisory Board in 2014, Rebecca has worked with a range of industry stakeholders including population health leaders, pharmacy leaders, and planners at hospitals and health systems, as well as medical affairs executives at biopharmaceutical and medical device firms. She has authored publications on topics including care management strategy, chronic disease management, primary care innovation, community partnerships, opioid stewardship, transitions of care, ambulatory clinical pharmacy strategy, consumer care preferences, and Covid-19.
Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca worked in clinical research at Mount Sinai Health System in New York, and in a variety of sales, marketing, and strategy roles at Siemens Healthcare. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in cognitive studies and organizational development. She also holds a Master of Science in health care policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
