Rebecca is a Practice Manager in Advisory Board's Research division. She leads the Pharmacy Executive Forum (PEF), a syndicated research membership supporting health system pharmacy leaders with business planning, performance improvement, and education and advocacy.
Her recent areas of research include medication reconciliation, transitions of care, opioid stewardship, drug diversion prevention, ambulatory clinical pharmacy strategy, and prescribing standardization.
She joined the firm in 2014 to lead research with the Population Health Advisor, where she authored publications on topics including care management strategy, behavioral health, primary care innovation, post-acute care network development, and community partnerships to address the social determinants of health.
Prior to joining Advisory Board, Rebecca worked in clinical research at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and in a variety of sales, marketing, and strategy roles at Siemens Healthcare. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in cognitive studies and organizational development. She also holds a Master of Science in health care policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
