About Rebecca

Rebecca is a senior consultant on the Pharmacy Executive Forum, a research membership supporting health system pharmacy leaders with business planning, performance improvement, and care team integration.

She also serves as one of the firm’s population health experts, having supported population health leaders for more than three years on topics including care management, primary care innovation, post-acute care strategy, and community partnerships to address the social determinants of health. Her interests in the pharmacy space include medication reconciliation, transitions of care, integrating clinical pharmacists into ambulatory care, and highlighting pharmacy’s role in population health.

Prior to joining Advisory Board, Rebecca worked in clinical research at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and in a variety of sales, marketing, and strategy roles at Siemens Healthcare. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Sciencein cognitive studies and human and organizational development. She also holds a Master of Science in health care policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
