Megan Tooley is the Practice Manager overseeing the Cardiovascular Roundtable at Advisory Board, which partners with over 1,300 heart and vascular programs across the nation, as well as technology and service providers in the cardiovascular space.
In this role, Megan provides thought leadership and strategic guidance to health care executives to advance their CV programs amidst this challenging and ever-changing health care environment.
Since joining the Roundtable in 2009, Megan has led over a dozen research initiatives at the firm. Her principle areas of expertise include service line organizational structure and integration, readmissions reduction, episodic cost management, specialist alignment, care management, and developing patient-centered models of care, with a particular focus on structural heart and TAVR programs. She regularly presents on the impact of health care reform and market trends on CV services at strategic planning retreats and national society conferences to help administrator and physician leaders set a successful program strategy.
Megan graduated from Duke University with a degree in biomedical engineering.
