Madhavi is currently serves as Managing Director of Healthcare Ecosystem Research at Advisory Board. In this capacity, she oversees Advisory Board’s research and interactive experiences for executives across life sciences, clinical and administrative services, and health care supplier firms. She assumed this position in early 2018, after spending 5+ years leading health system research initiatives on topics such as telehealth, service line growth, ambulatory network development and health system integration.
In 2018, Madhavi launched the Medical Affairs Leadership Council—a research membership for medical and HEOR executives (from pharma and device). This initiative helps life sciences firms build more compelling medical value narratives through customer insights and models for evidence generation. Her team conducts dozens of expert interviews, trend analyses and customer surveys to inform their insights.
As a director in the health systems practice, Madhavi led service line strategy for women’s services, general surgery, cardiovascular, and neurosciences. She also launched custom research services for telehealth and helped design patient journey analytics.
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Madhavi worked in public health education and social enterprise development. She received her MBA/MPP and her bachelor’s degree in public health from Rutgers University.
