Mackenzie is a senior analyst with the Advisory Board’s Global eHealth Executive Council. Mackenzie’s research interests include digital and consumer health IT, population health analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Before joining Advisory Board, Mackenzie worked as a healthcare consultant at Optum Advisory Services. In this role, Mackenzie worked on a range of IT-enabled projects as a business analyst or a project manager. Some specific projects she supported were the implementation of a modernized analytics system for a risk adjustment vendor and the development of the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network.
Mackenzie received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and English at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.
