Lea Halim is a senior consultant with Advisory Board's Research division. In this role, she leads best-practice research and advises members on a wide range of key strategic and operational issues.
Over her seven years at the Advisory Board, Lea has become one of the firm’s leading experts on the central role of physicians in the changing healthcare marketplace. She has studied trends in medical group structure and governance, physician-led care transformation models, and physician compensation. Now, Lea leads research for the Imaging Performance Partnership, focusing on the priorities of imaging leaders and independent radiology groups.
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Lea worked in molecular biology research at Yale University. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in biology from Yale in 2006, and a master’s degree in philosophy from Columbia University in 2010.
