Kate Vonderhaar leads Advisory Board’s HR Advancement Center, the firm’s research membership for HR executives and their teams. She divides her time between leading new research initiatives and helping members adopt known best practices.
As a researcher with the firm since 2010, Kate has led studies on topics including millennial staff retention, the performance evaluation process, HR organizational structure, and succession planning. She also oversees the Center’s regular benchmarking surveys on staff turnover and other critical workforce metrics.
Kate graduated with honors from Dartmouth College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in government.
