During her 20+ years at Advisory Board, Jen has worked with the firm's most progressive members and has led internal efforts to work more strategically with members, advocating for their unique needs organizationally as well as negotiating complex contracts and relationships. She has led various high-impact projects and initiatives such as designing management and leadership development curriculum to educate emerging hospital executives through the launch of the Advisory Board Academies business. She has helped hospitals and health systems across the country implement best practice processes in key operational areas and introduced business intelligence concepts to the healthcare industry, helping to improve efficiency and effectiveness through data transparency.
