Emily Zuehlke Heuser is a senior consultant for the Market Innovation Center, a division of the Advisory Board that serves strategic planners and business developers. Her areas of expertise include primary care strategy, call centers, and consumer strategy and marketing. Emily also leads the firm’s Consumer Survey Initiative, which runs nationwide consumer preference surveys to help members better evaluate new investments and improve existing services.
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Emily interned with Accenture, P&G, Africare, and Breakthrough Collaborative. She has a BS in biology and a BSPH in Environmental Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
