As managing director for the Market Innovation Center and Service Line Strategy Advisor programs, Alicia leads research and tool development focused on growth strategy, new business innovation, and patient engagement. Her team’s current research agenda includes consumer-centric strategy, ambulatory networks, employer partnerships, virtualization of care, and price transparency.

Alicia first joined the firm in 2005 as a researcher for the Nursing Executive Center. During her tenure with the firm, she has also conducted research for the Philanthropy Leadership Council and Human Resources Advancement Center. Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Columbia University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
