Meet Modern Healthcare's 40 under 40

Modern Healthcare on Monday announced the winners of its first 40 under 40 awards, highlighting the accomplishments of "notable individuals who are making a difference at their organizations and throughout the industry."

Methodology

Nominations for the list were open to the public from Oct. 2 to Dec. 31, 2023. Modern Healthcare's senior editors then selected the honorees with input from the rest of the newsroom.

To be eligible, all winners had to be age 40 or younger as of Dec. 31, 2023, and working in any sector of healthcare, including provider organizations, insurance companies, vendors, suppliers, and associations.

Honorees were selected because they've made "a measurable impact on the industry as a whole, including by broadening access to patient care, pushing for changes in their sector or developing innovative technologies," according to Modern Healthcare.
